Our Terms

An overall minimum order amount of $300 AUD (excluding GST and Freight).

Pre-payment is required for all orders.

We accept bank deposit, money order, cash or cheque.

The customer agrees that title and ownership to any goods supplied to the customer by Euro toys shall remain vested in Euro toys and such title shall not pass to the customer until the purchase price (including any applicable taxes and/or imposts) and all other monies payable to Euro toys have been paid in full.

If the customer fails to make payment as and when due Euro toys shall be entitled to retake possession of the goods until payment is made or at it’s option resell the Goods without prejudice to any other rights and/or remedies it may have and for this purpose the customer hereby gives Euro toys irrevocable authority to enter into any premises owned and/or occupied by the customer to recover possession of the goods in accordance with this clause.
